We believe the industry’s standard business model of high volume and protected access will not be the a sustainable model going forward.

Major manufacturers and suppliers in our sector are primarily focused on R&D activities (manufacturers) or distribution practices (suppliers), and neither are not optimized for our target audience in terms of their end cost (i.e., global price discrimination) or user experience.

The healthcare industry in the 21st century requires solutions which are geared toward the personalized needs of medical practitioners and patients, and not the commonplace offerings of the current landscape. We believe the industry’s standard business model of high volume and protected access will not be the a sustainable model going forward. Across all industries, the most successful companies are learning to offer solutions that reflect the individual needs of their customers, but especially those that recognize these needs before the customer does.

That’s where we come in, as a provider of highly valuable targeted solutions. The major healthcare industry “actors” cannot offer what we do. We pride ourselves in developing sustainable client relationships which eliminate the product and services procurement barriers they face and not as a vendor of conventional solutions with short-term usefulness. This model will create many new avenues for growth for our clients.

As a provider of high-value services we are also largely an asset-light enterprise. As a business practice, we do more with reduced asset levels because investments are made instead in sales and marketing operations, just-in-time procurement, global supply chain optimization and logistics management, and in the technology and support systems which underpin them.

We can therefore retain appropriate control of our global operations while re-investing in our human capital’s know- how and developing intellectual property around our domain expertise, without the burden that comes with other typically asset-heavy business models in the healthcare sector who are characterized as vertically integrated and capital-intensive.
This approach enables us to innovate and execute around our clients’ needs and operate at a pace which is uncharacteristic of players in our sector. As an example, by coordinating service offerings as a group for our SME clients we remove size and ability as variables that can impact the success of their businesses and realize our vision to authentically and positively change the reality of every life they touch.
